Cancellation Policy
Late policy: There’s a 10-minute grace period before a $10 late fee is added to the total cost. After 15 minutes of no communication, the appointment will be canceled. If you text me and keep me updated, I’ll work with you to reschedule. Cancellation policy: Deposits are nonrefundable. I’m open to rescheduling, and the deposit will contribute towards the rescheduling. However, after one rescheduling, if you cancel again, I won’t continue to reschedule you. You’ll have to make a new appointment. Added fees: When booking an appointment, if you need a soak-off, please book accordingly. I schedule people based on how you book. If you don’t book accordingly, you’ll be charged an inconvenience fee of $20 plus a soak-off fee of $20. Other people’s appointments shouldn’t have to be pushed back due to your negligence. Early bird/squeeze-ins: Any appointment before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m. is charged an extra $20. Please book accordingly. I’ll definitely text you before accepting the appointment to make sure it’s okay with you, just in case you don’t see this!
